Off The Peg
These are a range of ready-made solutions that customers can purchase as stand-alone products, or as part of a training programme (one day workshops etc). These are mostly generic in content, but customers branding can be inserted if necessary and, of course, content may be 'tweaked' to provide a close match to customers specific requirements.
As these solutions can either be delivered internally by the customer (using a train-the-trainer programme), or by Learning Results ltd, there are 3 'Off-The-Peg' package options available:
Option 1:
Train-The-Trainer session; Purchase of Training Content; Trainers Guide; Pre, During & Post Course Materials; Follow-Up internally using Guidelines.
Option 2:
As Option 1, with Delivery, Follow-Up and Debrief by Learning Results, excludes Train-The Trainer session.
Option 3:
As Option 2, with internal Follow-Up and Debriefing session for Line Managers
